Norfolk, VA- Washington College Sailing finishes ninth of 14 teams at The Grant Regatta hosted by Old Dominion.  

How It Happened 
The Grant Regatta 

• Sailing in the A division for the Shoremen and Shorewomen was Alex Salzberg at skipper and Soledad Fintel at crew for races 1-4 and 11-14 and Rachel Morgen for races 5-10. The group's best finish was second place which they landed in the 14th race. They ended the regatta with 117 points.  
• Division B had Matt Nadolny at skipper and Rachel Morgen at crew for races 1-2, Nora Ciak for races 3-10, and Olivia Hall for races 11-14.. The group finished second in the last race as well. The group combined for a score of 140. 
• Washington Sailing combined for 257 total points on the weekend, two points ahead of Rutgers and 19 points behind eighth place, Maryland.
