Red Devils Defeat Shorewomen, 128-77

CHESTERTOWN, Md. — Visiting Dickinson College defeated host Washington College, 128-77, in Centennial Conference women's swimming this afternoon inside Casey Swim Center. The Red Devils improved to 5-4 overall and 3-2 in conference meets, while the Shorewomen dropped to 4-6 and 1-5 with the loss.

How It Happened
- The Red Devils won eight of the meet's 11 events, but the Shorewomen did get a one-two finish in the 200 individual medley as Ellen Maxwell won the race in 2:18.20 and Jenni Clune was second in 2:19.10.
- Clune also won the 200 breaststroke in 2:34.45, while Julia Portmann captured the 200 butterfly in 2:21.63.
- Maxwell added a second-place finish in the 200 individual medley in 2:18.20. Katie Gorman finished second in the 50 freestyle in 25.79.

- The meet was Washington College's Senior Day and the final collegiate home meet for seniors Julianna Fritzinger, Kelsey McGrellis, and Cate McMenamin
