Whether you want to achieve a nice long stretch in a Yoga class or raise that heart rate in a HIGH Fitness class, we have something for everyone.During the Fall and Spring semesters, fitness classes are free to all students, faculty, staff and 1782 members. Currently, all classes are held in the JFC Dance Studio but you can find the latest schedule below.
