Shoremen Improve to 2-3 with Victory
ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. — Visiting Washington College won seven of 11 events en route to a 120-84 non-conference men's swimming victory over host St. Mary's College of Maryland this evening. The Shoremen improved to 2-3 with the win, while the Seahawks fell to 1-4 with the loss.

Shoremen Highlights
- Pat Elliott won both the 1000 freestyle (10:09.33) and 500 freestyle (4:56.14).
- Dave Rovansek, Teague Sauter, Ty Cummings, and Kevin Mackenzie each won one individual event for the Shoremen. Rovansek won the 200 freestyle (1:48.61) and was second in the 200 backstroke (2:11.58). Sauter won the 200 individual medley (2:05.10) and placed second in the 200 breaststroke (2:18.69). Cummings won the 200 butterfly (2:03.22), while Mackenzie paced the 100 freestyle (48.43).
- Aidan Sullivan, Mackenzie, Cummings, and Finny Dorsch won the 400 medley relay in 3:39.66.
- Sullivan was also second in the 100 freestyle (49.25), while Cody Weiler placed second in the 50 freestyle (21.87) and Brendan Jones was second in the 200 butterfly (2:04.61).
