800 Freestyle Relay Team Sets Pool Mark
CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The Washington College 800-yard freestyle relay team set the Casey Swim Center pool record to highlight a 159-93 win over visiting St. Mary's (Md.) on Saturday afternoon at the Casey Swim Center in non-conference women's swimming action.

Shorewomen Highlights
- The 800 freestyle relay team of Emily Iampieri, Laurel Krause, Emma Schultz and Kylee Smith set the Casey Swim Center pool record with a time of 8:05.59. The previous mark of 8:06.40 was set by Katie Gorman '18, Ellen Maxwell '17, Mackenzie Gaze '18 and Julia Portmann '19 on November 11, 2015 against Salisbury.
- In the other relay, the 200 medley, the quartet of Teresa Draves, Alexa Luecke, Smith and Krause won with a time of 1:54.02.
- Lilly Hartmann took top spot in two events, capturing the best time in the 500 freestyle (5:31.71) and the 200 individual medley (2:16.31).
- Winning one individual event each were Kristina Curley in the 1000 freestyle (11:34.75.11), Kennedy Jones in the 200 freestyle (2:05.70), Smith in the 200 butterfly (2:18.77), Iampieri in the 50 freestyle (25.29), Alex May in the 200 backstroke (2:20.56), Emily Homer in the 200 breaststroke (2:38.92) and Draves in the 100 butterfly (1:02.90).

- Hartmann was named the Goose Nation TV Shorewoman Swimmer of the Meet on the broadcast.
- The Shorewomen improve to 4-3 overall, while the Seahawks drop to 7-3 overall.
