Sophomore swimmer Lauren Paules (Blandon, Pa./Fleetwood Area) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Paules won two individual events and was part of a winning relay side against visiting Elizabethtown on Saturday.

Paules earned individual wins in the 500-yard freestyle (5:31.54) and 1000 freestyle (11:22.01). In the 200 freestyle relay, she teamed up with Kylee Smith, Kennedy Jones and Emma Schultz to take the relay in 1:43.71. 

This is Paules' second career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
