ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. – The Washington College men's swim team took first place in eight of 14 events on Sunday afternoon in a 160-102 win over host St. Mary's and 192-62 downing of Stevenson at the The Aquatics Center at the MPOBARC in non-conference men's swimming action.

Shoremen Highlights

Chase Hensen won a pair of events for the Shoremen as he took top spot in the 50-yard breaststroke (28.09) and the 100 breaststroke (1:00.95).

James Hackett won two events for Washington as he captured first in the 100 freestyle (50.1) and 200 breaststroke (1:48.36).
- Winning one event each were
Connor Kravitz-Yoffee in the 1000 freestyle (10:37.40),
William Schmidt in the 100 backstroke (55.72) and
Tyler Wright in the 100 butterfly (55.59).
- The 400 medley relay team of
Nathan Rawa, Hensen,
Justin Fitzpatrick and Schmidt registered the top time of 3:36.00.
Notes
- The Shoremen are now 4-2 overall, the Seahawks are 3-3 on the season and the Mustangs are 2-2 on the campaign.
- St. Mary's (Md.) topped Stevenson 181-77.
