HANOVER, Pa. – In a match that determined the fifth and final seed for the upcoming Centennial Conference Men's Tennis Tournament, host Gettysburg came away with a 6-3 win over visiting Washington College on the indoor courts at the York Adams Community Tennis Association on Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference men's tennis action.

Doubles
- Gettysburg's
Adam Contract and
Alex Kagan won the first doubles match to finish over Washington's
Karl Hoegstedt and
Aaradith Ravichandran, 8-5.
- Third doubles finished next and the Bullets duo of
Mikey Fellman and
JP Damare edged WC's
Tichi Chialva and
Jorge Urgal Zuelta, 8-6.
- The Bullets completed the doubles sweep with
Matt Porreca and
Tyler Blanz netting an 8-6 win over
Kohl Perkins and
Ryohei Kawai at No. 2 doubles.
Singles
- Contract got the Bullets with a win of clinching the match at No. 2 singles in a 6-2, 6-4 win over Kawai.
- Hoegsted, ranked 18th in the Atlantic South Region, would keep things alive for the Shoremen at the top spot with comeback win, capturing the second set 6-3 and the third set tiebreak 1-0 (10-7) after dropping the opening set 7-5 to the Bullets' Fellman.
- Blanz would give Gettysburg the match at third singles with a 7-6 (7-4), 6-4 win over Perkins.

Ben O'Connor-Skloot would win the Bullets last match of the day at No. 4 with a 8-1 win over
Johannes Ludwigstorff at No. 5.
- Ravichandran garnered the win at No. 4 for WC with an 8-2 victory over Kagan.
- Urgal Zuleta took an 8-4 win over
Michael Zayneh at No. 6 singles for the Shoremen in the last match to finish.

- Washington finishes at 6-11 overall, while Gettysburg improves to 10-8 on the season. The Shoremen end up 3-5 in the conference, while the Bullets conclude at 4-4.
