MELBOURNE, Fla. – The Washington College men's tennis team concluded its Florida trip with a 6-1 win over Ohio Northern at the Fee Avenue Tennis Courts on Thursday in a non-conference match.

Doubles
- The Shoremen won two of the three in doubles to nab the doubles point. The Polar Bears won the first match to finish at No. 1, 6-0 over WC's Oskar Wroblewski and Aaradith Ravichandran. Washington would tie it at second doubles in as the Shoremen's Sihoo Kim and Tichi Chialva prevailed over Ohio Northern, 6-3. The doubles point would come down to third doubles with Julian Sealy and Jorge Urgal Zuleta came back from a 4-1 deficit in the tiebreak to win 7-5 and take the set and doubles point, 7-6.
Singles
- Ravichandran won the lone singles match at No. 2 with a 6-2, 6-2 win.
- Urgal Zuleta won the next match at No. 5 singles with a 0-6, 6-3, 1-0 comeback win.
- No. 1 singles was the clincher for Washington for the second straight day as it was Kim taking home a 6-3, 1-6, 1-0 (10-5) win.
- Demir Isiker rallied from a 7-5 loss in the first set to win 6-4, 1-0 (10-4) at No. 4.
- Wroblewski won the last point for the Shoremen as he overcame a 6-2 first set defeat to win 6-4, 1-0 (11-9).
- Ohio Northern got its lone win in the final match to finish at No. 3 with a 6-3, 0-6, 1-0 win over Kohl Perkins at No. 3.
Notes
- Washington is 4-3 on the season, while Ohio Northern is 5-4.
