Gettysburg, PA – The Washington College Women's Lacrosse Team traveled to Gettysburg to take on the #4 ranked Bullets for its last game of regular season play.

How it Happened 

• The Shorewomen trailed 1-0 with 11:40 left in the first period. Thirty- five seconds later Piper Evans tied the scored for the Shorewomen with an unassisted goal. The Shorewomen took the lead, 2-1 as Tobin Chambers got a shot past the Bullets' goalie after they recorded two saves off shots from Shorewomen attackmen seconds before.  
• Gettysburg scored three more times to end the period up, 4-2.  
• Elisabeth Braswell recorded the first goal of the second period off an assist from Anna Wilson two and a half minutes into the period. The Shorewomen trailed, 4-3.  
• Gettysburg led 9-3 at the end of the half.  
• The next goal for the Shorewomen came at the top of the fourth period. MaryCate Anson won the draw control to start off the half and Braswell was able to hit the back of the net unassisted. Braswell scored the fifth and final goal for the Shorewomen as her free position shot was successful. The Shorewomen trailed 14-5 with 10:30 left to play.  
• The Shorewomen were unable to find the back of the net again and the Bullets scored twice more to take the game, 16-5.
