Senior swimmer Lauren Paules (Blandon, Pa./Fleetwood Area) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Paules won two individual events and was part of a winning relay side in a 164-96 victory against visiting St. Mary's (Md.) on Saturday on Senior Day.

Paules gained individual wins in the 500-yard freestyle (5:34.36) and 1000 freestyle (11:27.14). In the 200 freestyle relay, she was joined by Ellie Seip, Gabby Bonds and Sarah Seale to take the relay in 1:47.29. 

This is Paules' third career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
