CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Host Washington College got its first Centennial Conference win of the season with a 6-1 win over visiting Dickinson on Saturday afternoon at Schottland Tennis Center in men's tennis action.

Doubles
- The Shoremen took all three doubles matches for the point. The top flight of
Jorge Urgal Zuleta and
Tichi Chialva took care of business in a 6-1 win in the first match to conclude. Second doubles secured the doubles point as
Demir Isiker and
Petter Storberg coasted to a 6-2 result. Third doubles capped the sweep as
Maxi Synnestvedt and
Oskar Wroblewski captured a 6-3 victory.
Singles
- No. Â 5 singles was the first match to conclude with Urgal Zuleta taking a 6-0, 6-0 win.
- Wroblewski made it 3-0 WC with a 6-0, 6-1 triumph at six singles.
- Storberg put the match in the win column for the home side in 6-3, 6-2 result at No. 4.
- Second singles was the next to wrap up with Chialva winning in three sets, 4-6, 6-2, 6-3.

Kohl Perkins won in a tiebreaker against the Red Devils' No. 3, 7-5, 2-6, 1-0 (10-5).
- Dickinson averted the shutout in the final match to finish at the top spot with a 6-4, 6-7 (4-7), 1-0 (11-9) decision against Synnestvedt.
Notes
- Washington is now 5-5 overall and 1-1 in the conference on the season and Dickinson is 2-11 overall and 0-2 in the Centennial.
