Abbottstown, PA – The Washington College Golf team finished in ninth place at the McDaniel Spring Invitational. Johnathan Stumpff finished tied for 31st for the Shoremen with a total score of 170.

McDaniel Spring Invitational
Round 1:
The Shoremen finished round one in last place with a round one score of 345. Mason Myatt finished round one with a score of 85. He earned par on the opening four holes and capped that off with a birdie on hole five. Johnathan Stumpff finished round one, one point behind Myatt with a score of 86. He had one birdie on the back nine on hole 11.
Round 2:
Stumpff finished off day two with an 84, pushing him to a total score of 170, 26 over. R.P. Johnson followed with a round two score of 84 and a birdie on hole three. Myatt finished round two with an 87, bringing his total score to 172.
Stumpff tied for 31st, Myatt and Matt Young tied for 37th, both scoring 28 over. Teddy Howard ended the tournament in 48th with a total score of 179, 35 over. And R.P. Johnson finished in 49th with a total score of 183.

The Shoremen will travel to Selinsgrove, PA to compete in the Susquehanna Invitational on April 9th at Susquehanna Valley Country Club.
