SALISBURY, Md. – Visiting Washington College downed host Salisbury, 5-2, on Wednesday afternoon at the SU Indoor and Outdoor Tennis Center in a non-conference men's tennis match.

Doubles
- The Shoremen captured two of three in doubles to net the doubles point. The Sea Gulls won the first match to finish at second in a 6-1 score versus
Petter Storberg and
Demir Isiker. First doubles for Washington evened it at 1-1 with
Tichi Chialva and
Jorge Urgal Zuleta netting a 6-3 win to set a winner-take-all doubles point at the third spot. The tandem of
Maxi Synnestvedt and
Oskar Wroblewski won 7-6 with the tiebreak being 7-4.
Singles
- Urgal Zuleta took victory at the six spot in the first singles match to conclude with a 6-1, 6-0 triumph.
- Salisbury topped Chialva, 6-2, 7-6 at first singles to trim the WC lead to 2-1.
- Synnestvedt gave the Shoremen with a three-set win, 7-5, 2-6, 7-6 (7-3) at second singles. In the opening set, Synnestvedt overcame a 5-2-deficit by winning the final five points.

Kohl Perkins salted the win for Washington at fourth singles in a 6-4, 7-6 (8-6) victory.
- The Sea Gulls took five singles over Storberg, 2-6, 7-5, 6-4 in the penultimate match to finish.
- Isiker came away with a 6-7 (3-7), 7-5, 1-0 (10-7) win at third singles in the final match to come to a close.
Notes
- Washington is now 7-5 overall and Salisbury is 8-2 respectively.
