GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Visiting Washington College took care of host Gettysburg, 6-1, on Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference women's tennis action at the Bullets Tennis Courts.

Doubles
- Washington took two of three in doubles to win the doubles point.
Gaby Coutts and
Isabella Sorhegui coasted to a 6-0 win a third doubles in the first match to finish.
Juanita Arbelaez and
Jess Wilde prevailed 6-3 at second doubles for the road side to clinch the doubles point for the Shorewomen. The Bullets averted the sweep with a 7-6 (7-5) result against
Eva Kading and
Soleil Namunyola.
Singles
- Kading made it 2-0 for WC in a pair of 6-0 scores at third singles.
- Sorhegui put the Shorewomen within one victory of winning the match at the four spot in a 6-1, 6-1 result.
- The Bullets got their lone point win at second singles in the next match to finish with a come-from-behind 3-6, 6-3, 6-1 win over Namunyola.
- Washington would secure the victory at No. 5 as Sperandei tallied two 6-4 scores.

Samy Fawzi Sanchez overcame a 6-2 loss in the first set at six singles to rebound for set wins of 7-5, 6-4 in the second to last match to end.
- Arbelaez took home a three-set win, 6-3, 2-6, 6-1 at the top flight to round of the win for the visitors.
Notes
- The Shorewomen are 9-8 on the season, while the Bullets are 8-9. WC is 3-3 in the conference, while Gettysburg is 1-5 in the Centennial.
