BEFORE WC: Was a top 20 swimmer in Maryland in the 100 and 200 breaststroke for her USS team .... earned Patti Considine Award and Coach's Award ... was an Honor Roll student at Towson High School where she was also on the newspaper and yearbook staffs and was active in the creative writing club ... ALSO: Uncles Don and Claude Hubbard were All-American swimmers at Navy.
