Sideline Photography Policy for Roy Kirby, Jr. Stadium
Those individuals who wish to take photography on the sidelines of Kibler Field at Roy Kirby, Jr. Stadium should make arrangements with the Washington College Athletics Communications Office prior to game day. For regular season events, photographers shooting for legitimate media outlets will be given a pass granting them sideline access. Individuals wishing to take photographs for personal use may be granted a pass if they agree to provide Washington College, at cost, with any requested digital or print copies of photographs taken from the sidelines. Photographs taken from the sidelines are not to be sold commercially for profit without permission from Washington College including prior agreement granting Washington College free use of some or all of the photographs for college purposes only.
Note - NCAA Tournament events may require a stricter policy regarding sideline access. Please inquire as needed with regard to such events.
