Emma Hill joined the Washington College Sports Performance Department in the winter of 2021.
Hill was a five-year soccer player at Salisbury University (2017-2021) and helped her team set a program and school record for best athletic record in history (2019: 13-3-3). A goalie, she had 153 saves in 46 appearances with a save percentage of 75.4%; this ranks her fourth in all-time career saves in Salisbury Women’s Soccer History. Hill was individually recognized as a National Strength and Conditioning All-American (2021), three-year team captain, seven-time conference player of the week, two-time player of the month for the Eastern College Athletic Conference, first team all-conference, and two-time team MVP.
She has coached in a variety of different environments in strength and conditioning, soccer, and basketball since 2012. While in College Emma completed an internship under Matt Nein with the Salisbury Sports Performance Department where she worked with Women’s Lacrosse and Baseball. After college, Emma completed an internship under Nicholas Triano with the Washington College Sports Performance Department where she worked with Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Softball, Baseball, Men’s and Women’s Rowing, Men’s and Women’s Swimming, Trap and Skeet, and Sailing.
Hill is a 2021 Salisbury University Graduate where she earned a B.A. in Exercise Science. Emma is also a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA.
