AT WC: Went 12-9 (10-8 at No. 4) in singles and 13-9 (10-8 at No. 2) in doubles in 2016-17 ... went 14-8 in singles (6-3 at No. 6, 2-4 at No. 5) and 9-8 in doubles (7-7 at No. 3) in 2015-16.
BEFORE WC: Lettered in tennis three times at Incarnate Word Academy ... earned TAPPS All-State honors three times and TAPPS Academic All-State in 2014 ... named to Angel Wall of Fame in 2012 and 2013 ... was three-time District Doubles Champion and TAPPS 4A State Doubles Finalist ... was inducted into the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and Spanish Honor Society ... was an AP Scholar ... was a member of concert band, student council, Spirit Club, Science Club, TAPPS Academic Team, Corpus Christi Athletic Club Youth Tennis Program, Premier Tennis Academy, Shark Tennis Academy, Bluebonnet Drama Club of Women's Club of Kingsville, and Coronet Club.
ALSO: Grandfather Patrick Hubert was an All-American pitcher at Texas A&M, playing in the College World Series, and was inducted into that school's Hall of Fame in 1980 ... father Vernie Hubert was a member of the 1975 Texas A&M football team that won the Southwest Conference and played in the Liberty Bowl.
