Kaiya Sabur was named assistant coach for Shorewomen Field Hockey in the summer of 2025.
In her first season with the program, the team played 11 games against teams ranked nationally at some point during the season.
Sabur played her final three seasons of field hockey at Division II Coker, earning All-South Atlantic Conference honors on two occasions. She was named to the second team in 2022 and first team in 2024. In her career at Coker, the Severn, Maryland native totaled 17 goals and added nine assists for 43 points. She started her playing career at Division I Towson and was named to the All-Coastal Athletic Association Rookie Team in the spring of 2021 and Preseason All-CAA honorable mention in the fall of 2021.
She got her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Psychology and Sport Studies from Coker in May 2024.
