Tom Primosch was named Head Men's Basketball Coach in the summer of 2026. 

Primosch joins the Shoremen after serving a three-year stint in Collegeville, Pennsylvania at Centennial Conference opponent, Ursinus, as the assistant men’s basketball coach. While at Ursinus, Primosch led and created a top three defense for the Bears, finishing first in the conference in blocks per game and second in steals during the 2025-26 season. Ursinus also saw an increase in win totals since welcoming Primosch to their staff and the 2025-26 campaign saw its best record since the 2007-08 season. Primosch also spent a good deal of his time focusing on player development. In this last season, the Bears landed two all-conference players and the Centennial Conference Player of the Year, Mo Toure.  

Before his time in Collegeville, Primosch served as an assistant coach in Phoenix, Arizona where he also spent two months interning for Phil Becker, a highly decorated NBA trainer. After his time in Phoenix, Primosch moved to Portland, Oregon where he spent the 2022-23 season working as an operations assistant for the University of Portland Men’s Basketball Team.  

A Centennial Conference graduate, Primosch graduated from Haverford College in 2021 with a degree in History.
