Tyler Faulkner

Tyler Faulkner begins his fourth year as the Associate Athletic Trainer. 

Tyler came to Washington College from Elmira College where he spent two years working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer while obtaining his Master’s Degree. While at Elmira, he primarily worked with the Men’s Hockey, Men’s Lacrosse and Men’s and Women’s Volleyball teams. He also served as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Elmira Jr. Soaring Eagles of the NA3HL during the 2019-2020 season.

In his last year at Elmira, Tyler earned the distinguished honor as the Paul Brand Athletics Staff Member Award winner. The award is used to recognize a staff member who, through initiative and effort, has a positive impact upon the athletics program, as well as the College in general, both on campus and in the community.

Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Kean University in 2019 and his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management from Elmira College in 2021.

Tyler holds certifications through the American Red Cross as a CPR/AED/ First Aid Instructor and a CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers Instructor. He holds additional certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Movement Screen, Blood Flow Restriction, Dry Needling Level 1 and 2, and Mental Health First Aid. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

In his free time can find Tyler playing golf, fishing, or anything else outdoors. Tyler and his wife Lorrana live in Middletown, Delaware.
