CHESTERTOWN, Md. — The Washington College field hockey team ran their winning streak to six games with a 2-0 Centennial Conference win over visiting Swarthmore this afternoon on Kibler Field at Roy Kirby, Jr. Stadium. The win was also the Shorewomen's fourth consecutive shutout victory, their longest such streak in 15 years.

How It Happened
- Elizabeth Davis scored on a penalty stroke just 2:51 into the game for the Shorewomen after Jenn Miller was tripped up in the circle by Swarthmore goalkeeper Ainsley Parrish.
- Washington had a 14-4 advantage in shots in the first half.
- The Shorewomen upped the lead to 2-0 courtesy of a Jordan Mitchell goal off a penalty corner insert from Allison Remenapp with 28:01 remaining in the second half.
