Box Score Morgan Nets Team-High 18 Points
CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Visiting Johns Hopkins' Matt Billups totaled a double-double of 14 points and game-high 15 rebounds and added a program record and contest-best eight blocks on its way to an 82-65 win over host Washington College at the Cain Athletic Center in the Centennial Conference men's basketball action on Saturday afternoon in the season finale for both squads.

How It Happened
-Trailing 16-15, the Blue Jays took the lead for good with 9:42 left in the opening half on a layup by Niko Kotoulas at 17-16. Johns Hopkins would outscore WC the rest of the half after going ahead by a 24-17 margin to take a 41-33 lead into halftime.
-Johns Hopkins scored the first seven points of the second half to take a 48-33 lead with 17:30 left in the game on a Kyle Doran layup. Starting from Kotoulas' bucket to Doran's score, the Blue Jays outscored the Shoremen 33-17.
-The Shoremen would go on an 11-4 run to cut the Blue Jays' bulge to 52-44 with 12:51 left in the contest on a Tas Dixon three-pointer.
-Hopkins answered with a 16-4 spurt to take a 68-48 lead with 6:25 left on a Gene Williams triple.
-The lead the rest of the way fluctuated between 16 and 22 points.

-Pat Morgan (team-best 18 points), Dixon (12 points and team-high three assists), Drury (10 points and five rebounds), Dave Knox (season-best and contest-high five steals and five boards), Peter Gould (four points)
-Outscored Hopkins 16-9 in points off of turnovers.
For Johns Hopkins (13-12, 10-8 CC)
-Williams (game-bests of 24 points and seven helpers and canned six threes), Billups (14 points, game-high 15 rebounds and program record eight blocked shots), Sam Gordon (double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds)
-Held a 42-22 advantage in points in the paint and 45-28 edge on the glass.
