Dickinson 69 Washington College 62

How It Happened
-After spotting Washington a 6-2 lead in the opening 2:16 of the ballgame, Dickinson scored 11 straight points to take a 13-6 lead 11:54 to go in the first half on a Angradi three-pointer.  The 11 unanswered points were part of a 19-4 run as the Red Devils took a 21-10 lead with 6:56 to go on a Mike Hinckley traditional three-point play as he was fouled after making a fast-break layup.
-The Shoremen finished the first half scoring 14 of the final 22 points to cut the Red Devils' lead to just five at the break, 29-24.  A conventional three-point play by Washington's Dave Knox with 23 ticks left in the first half rounded out the scoring.
-Dickinson opened the second half with a 9-2 run in the first 2:31 to take its biggest lead of the game at 38-26 on a triple by Angradi.  Angradi scored all nine points on three three-pointers.
-Washington responded with a 24-11 run to take its first lead since early in the first half at 50-49.  A transition lay-in from Tas Dixon gave Washington the one-point lead with 6:07 remaining in the contest.
-With the scored tied at 56-56, the Red Devils would take the lead for good on a Justus Melton second chance layup with 3:58 left to give the guests a 58-56 lead.  The Melton make would ignite an 8-1 run to give Dickinson a 64-57 lead with 2:13 to go in the game on an Angradi jumper.
-WC would score the next five points to get within 64-62 with 43 seconds left on a James Drury free throw, but Dickinson went 5-for-6 from the foul line in the final 19 seconds to come away with the seven-point win.

For The Shoremen (3-18, 1-13 CC)
-Knox (11 points and game-high 14 rebounds for fourth double-double of the season), Drury (team-high 19 points), Dixon (11 points and four assists to tie for game-best)
