Box Score Allen, Williams Post Career-High Scoring Numbers for Shoremen in Loss
CHESTERTOWN, Md. — Fifth-ranked visiting Salisbury University led by as many as 32 points en route to a 99-84 non-conference men's basketball win over host Washington College tonight inside Cain Athletic Center.

How It Happened
- Salisbury held a slim 21-19 lead with 10 minutes to play in the first half before going on a 16-4 run to build a 37-23 advantage on a Gordon Jeter lay-up with 4:48 remaining. The Sea Gulls' led by between 10 and 15 points the rest of the period and took a 49-36 lead into the intermission.
- The Sea Gulls then outscored the Shoremen, 33-14, over the first 9:26 of the second half to built an 82-50 advantage on a lay-up and free throw by Justin Witmer. The Shoremen ended the game on a 13-3 run to get back to within 15 before the final buzzer.
For the Shoremen (5-6)
- Austin Allen (career-high 15 points, 7-for-10 field goals); Kaiden Williams (career-high 13 points, 6-for-8 shooting); Dallas Marshall (9 points, 5 rebounds); Jack Greer (9 points, 3-for-4 three-pointers)
- The Shoremen shot 49.2% from the field, 45.5% from three-point range, and 70% from the free-throw line.
- Washington held a 23-11 advantage in points off turnovers.
