Sophomore men's swimmer Zach Affeldt (Burnsville, Minn./Savage) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Affeldt won two individual events and was part of a first place relay team in the Shoremen's 172-86 win at St. Mary's (Md.) on Saturday. 

In individual events, Affeldt captured first in the 200-yard individual medley (2:03.14) and the 200 breaststroke (2:17.65). In the 400 freestyle relay, he teamed up with Justin Fitzpatrick, Jay Dadhania and JB Peterson as Affeldt anchored the quartet with a best time of 3:29.29.

This is Affeldt's second career Shoreman of the Week honor.
