CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Visiting #7 Johns Hopkins had four players register double figures in points on its way to an 88-56 win over host Washington College on Tuesday night in Centennial Conference men's basketball action on Finnegan Court at Penny J. Fall Gymnasium. The Blue Jays are now 6-1 overall and 2-0 in the Centennial, while the Shoremen are 0-3 and 0-2 respectively.

How It Happened
- Washington took its only lead of the game 1:40 into the game on a three-pointer by
Marcus Scott, Jr. at 6-5.
- The Blue Jays would respond with the next eight points to take a 13-6 lead with 16:15 remaining in the first half on a triple by
John Windley.Â
Ethan Barrett put the guests ahead for good 37 seconds after the three by Scott, Jr. to make it 8-6.
- Leading 16-12 with 13:28 left in the first half following a lay-in by the Shoremen's
Kedrick Frink, the Blue Jays went on a 18-1 run to take a 34-13 lead on a
Charlie Jackson three.
- The Blue Jays would take a 51-24 lead into halftime.
- In the second half, Johns Hopkins outscored Washington, 37-32, as the lead for the visitors fluctuated between 26 and 37 points.
