CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The Washington College men's basketball team play host to Franklin & Marshall on Saturday, January 28 at 1 p.m. on Finnegan Court at Penny J. Fall Gymnasium.
Before the contest, the Shoremen will honor Kurt Keller '86 with a celebration of his life on Finnegan Court. Keller recently passed away after a tough battle with Parkinson's Disease.
During his four years at Washington College, Kurt scored 1,137 points, was a member of two NCAA Tournament teams and was enshrined in the Washington College Athletics Hall of Fame in 2000.
During the game, there will be t-shirts on sale in the Cain lobby. Proceeds will benefit the MUSC Foundation that supports the Murray Center for Research on Parkinson's Disease at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C.
