Senior women's soccer player
Audrey Flanagan (Huntingtown, Md./Huntingtown) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Flanagan tied the program record for assists in a game with three, including the helper on the game-winning goal in the 88th minute in Washington College's 3-2 win at Muhlenberg on Saturday afternoon.
Flanagan, who had the helper on all three goals by the Shorewomen in the triumph, assisted on both goals by
Maddy Gaydon at 1:52 and 4:00 in the first half as Washington took a 2-0 lead at halftime. After Muhlenberg tied it at 2-2, Flanagan found
Kayla Streett who netted the game-winning goal with 2:51 to go in the game for the victory. It was the sixth time in team history that a player had a three assist performance and it was the squad's first-ever win at Muhlenberg.
This is Flanagan's second career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
