CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Washington College women's soccer played host to the Franklin & Marshall Diplomats in a Centennial Conference matchup on senior day. Two seniors connected to put Washington up in the match as
Ellen Daly set up
Audrey Flanagan for the opener. The Dips quickly knotted things back up through a goal by Hayden Wilson. Just over two minutes into the second half, Daly fed Flanagan for another goal to give Washington the lead. That goal held firm until the final minute of the match when the Dips knotted it up at 2-2 through an Elizabeth Jones goal. Â

How It Happened
- The Shorewomen opened up the scoring just under 15 minutes into the match when senior
Ellen Daly set fellow senior
Audrey Flanagan inside the box. Flanagan fired past Dips goalie Lucile Fleming to give Washington a 1-0 lead. Just under ten minutes later, the Dips tied up the match as Hayden Wilson finished past
Olivia Allen. That would be the final action of the first half as the match remained tied at the break.Â

-The second half started just like the first as Daly slipped Flanagan through on goal and the senior fired home a shot into the side net for a 2-1 Washington lead.

-Flanagan's second goal looked to be the winner until the final minute when F&M got a tying goal from Elizabeth Jones.Â
