Senior men's soccer player Anthony Pinto (Matawan, N.J./Christian Brothers Academy) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Pinto tallied 16 saves and posted two shutouts in the 18th-ranked Shoremen's victories over #2 Mary Washington in the Round of 16 and #7 Connecticut College in the quarterfinal round of the NCAA Tournament to advance to their first Final Four.

Pinto stopped a career-best 11 shots in Washington College's 1-0 win over Mary Washington on Saturday in a Round of 16 game where the Shoremen were outshot 20-5. Versus Connecticut College on Sunday, he made five saves, all in the second half, in a 1-0 victory in the quarterfinal round to send the Shoremen to the Final Four.  He made a save in the final minute to preserve the lead and complete the shutout.  

This is Pinto's second career Shoreman of the Week honor.
