Junior women's soccer player Maddy Gaydon (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week.  Gaydon scored a goal in the Shorewomen's 2-0 win over visiting Muhlenberg on Saturday.

Gaydon scored the insurance goal with 5:51 to go in the game as she gathered a rebound and scored from sharp angle on the left side.  In three career games versus Muhlenberg, Gaydon has tallied three goals.  The win helped keep the team in contention as it seeks to secure its first-ever trip to the Centennial Conference Tournament.

This is Gaydon's first career Shorewoman of the Week honor.
