LANCASTER Pa. - The Washington College Shoremen traveled to Franklin & Marshall College to take on the Centennial Conference Tournament bound Diplomats in a Centennial men's basketball game on Saturday afternoon at the Mayser Center. The Diplomats never fell behind in the last 35 minutes of clock time on the way to their fourteenth conference win, 66-55. The Shoremen conclude their season at 4-21 overall and 2-16 in CC play. The Diplomats improve to 19-6 overall, and finish 14-4 in conference outings and will be the third seed in the upcoming conference tournament.

How It Happened
- The Diplomats struck first with a three-pointer 35 seconds into the game by John Seidman to take their first lead of the contest.Â

Davis Bland gave the Shoremen their first lead of the game with a three-point bucket to push the score up 7-5
- WC would take their final lead off a
Marcus Scott Jr. layup to make the score 9-7 with 15:52 left in the opening half.Â
- Franklin and Marshall took the lead, 10-9, 20 seconds later with a triple from
Vakaris Grauslys and never gave it up.
- The Diplomats led 36-26 at the half and in the second half outscored the visitors, 30-29 to come away with an 11-point win.
