McKenna Seashole (Spring Grove, Pa./Spring Grove), a personal-high of six assists and nine points from senior attacker
Morgan Sutherland (Eldersburg, Md./Liberty), senior midfielder
Abby Laubach (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Central) won her 200th career draw and sophomore attacker
Mia Salvatierra (Bel Air, Md./Fallston) became the 36th player in team history to net 100 career points on its way to a 17-9 victory over host Muhlenberg, the four seed, on Wednesday afternoon at Varsity Field in the first round of the Centennial Conference Women's Lacrosse Tournament.
The Shorewomen, who avenged an 11-8 regular season loss to the Mules on April 6, improve to 11-6 on the season, while the Mules conclude their campaign at 12-5. Washington will travel to top seed and #6 Gettysburg on Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.

How It Happened
- The Shorewomen struck 1:47 into the first quarter on a
Tobin Chambers goal from Laubach and would extend their lead to 2-0 with 8:41 to go in the first on an
Anna Wilson score from
Morgan Sutherland. It was a lead that WC would never relinquish.

Emma Youngling would get Muhlenberg on the board on a breakaway with 6:05 remaining in the first, but Laubach answered 17 seconds later after winning the draw to give Washington a 3-1 lead after one.

Mia Salvatierra became the 36th player in team history to earn 100 career points on a goal with 12:33 to go in the second quarter to make it 4-1.
- Leading 5-2, Chambers scored twice from Sutherland in a 90-second span to put Washington ahead 7-2 at halftime with her latter goal coming with 51 seconds to go in the stanza.
- In the third, the Shorewomen scored the final two goals to take a 12-6 lead into the fourth quarter as the road team held a 5-4 edge in the 15 minutes.
Anna Wilson scored the last goal of the third with 1:19 remaining. On the ensuing draw control, Laubach won her 200th career draw to become the second player in team history to win 200 draws and move into sole possession of second place, passing
Ellie Morall '23 who won 199.
- Washington outscored Muhlenberg 5-3 in the fourth to provide the final margin as the Shorewomen led by as many as nine goals on two occasions.

- The Shorewomen have won 12 of the past 14 versus the Mules as they lead the all-time series 26-12. The 26 wins over Muhlenberg are the most wins over one opponent.
- Washington improves to 5-1 all-time in the first round of the conference tournament, winning in 2011 (at Haverford), 2013 (McDaniel), 2022 (Swarthmore), 2023 (Ursinus) and today (at Muhlenberg) and losing in 2017 (at Dickinson).
- Chambers' has scored 10 goals in her last two trips to Allentown, scoring six times last season and four today.
- With her eight draws today, Laubach now has 202 all-time draw controls, just 10 behind
Emily Hubley '15 who won 212.
- Salvatierra has amassed her 102 career points on 70 goals and 32 helpers. Hubley was the most recent WC player to get 100 career points as a sophomore, which she did in 2013.
- Sutherland became the 16th Shorewomen Lacrosse player to reach 150 points, which she has done on 89 goals and 61 assists.
- Seashole was the first WC goalie to tally 19 saves in a game since
Amber Madore stopped 19 on April 4, 2009 at Ursinus.
- In the other first round game, third seeded and #23 Haverford topped sixth seed Dickinson, 17-4. Haverford will visiting #4 and second seeded Franklin & Marshall on Friday at 5:00 p.m.
