CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Visiting Salisbury and host Washington College played to a scoreless tie on on Kibler Field at Roy Kirby Jr. Stadium in non-conference women's soccer action on Wednesday evening.  The Shorewomen are now 2-0-1 on the season, while the Sea Gulls go to 1-0-2 on the campaign.

How It Happened
- In the first half, Washington held a 10-2 advantage on shots, but could not find the back of the net.  Lindsey Nguyen had the last shot of the first half, but the shot went wide left with just two minutes to go in the stanza.
- Washington was held to just two shots in the second half, with the Shorewomen's final shot coming with 27:20 to go in the game on a header by Amity Harrington that went high.
- The Sea Gulls' last shot of the game came with just under five minutes to go, but it was off target and neither team got a shot off the rest of the night.

- Goalkeepers: Olivia Allen (career-best 7 saves, 0 goals allowed, 90:00) 
- Totaled 12 shots and three corner kicks for the match. 
- Allen was named the Goose Nation TV Shorewoman Player of the Game.
- Tonight was the first-ever result for WC in the series after falling in the first five meetings.
