ST. DAVIDS, Pa. – Host Eastern scored a goal in each half on its way to a 2-0 win against visiting Washington College on Tuesday afternoon at Olson Field in a non-conference men's soccer contest. The Eagles are now 4-8-1 on the season, while the Shoremen are now 4-6-4.

How It Happened
- Eastern broke through with 5:09 before halftime, scoring on a shot from the top of the box into the lower left corner. The Eagles took a 1-0 lead into the intermission.
- In the second half, the Shoremen nearly equalized the game with 7:32 to go in the contest on a shot by
Tyler Davidson from about 20 yards out, but went just wide to the left.
- The Eagles got the insurance goal in the final minute on a penalty kick to provide the final margin.
