ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Washington College played on the road versus Muhlenberg, falling 8-7 versus the Mules in Centennial Conference women's lacrosse action at Varsity Field. The Shorewomen fall to 7-7 overall, and 3-2 in Centennial Conference play.

How it Happened
- The Shorewomen scored the first goal of the contest, as Piper Evans scored an up goal with 6:24 left in the inaugural quarter. The Mules scored the next five goals to take a 5-1 lead into the break.
- The second half opened up with Mia Salvatierra scoring a free position goal 1:23 into the third quarter. Salvatierra provided an assist on the next score from Elisabeth Braswell to cut the lead to 5-3.
- Salvatierra continued the Shorewomen run, scoring the next two goals to draw the game even 5-5. Muhlenberg scored with 4:04 remaining to go up 6-5 into the fourth quarter.
- The Shorewomen scored back-to-back goals to open up the fourth quarter, with Salvatierra scoring off a free position and Anna Wilson scoring an up goal. The Shorewomen led 7-6 with 9:37 remaining. The Mules scored twice, including the game winning goal with 2:07 remaining to win 8-7.

- Salvatierra became the first Shorewomen player since 2013, and seventh all-time to net 80 points in a season. Previously, Emily Hubley '15 totaled 87 points and Mollie Shipley '13 totaled 84 in 2013. Salvatierra also moved into 10th most points in program history with 183 career points.
