BALTIMORE, Md. – Host #14 Johns Hopkins, ranked third in the Atlantic South Region, topped visiting #49 Washington College, 5-2, on Sunday afternoon in a non-conference men's tennis match at the Tennis Courts at Johns Hopkins.

Doubles
- The host Blue Jays took all three matches in doubles to win the point. In first doubles, Washington's tandem of
Sihoo Kim and
Tichi Chialva took Johns Hopkins' fourth in the region duo of
Daniel Ardila and
Dylan Blenkiron to the limit, but fell 7-6 (7-3). The Blue Jays won at the third spot to secure the doubles win, 6-1, over
Jorge Urgal Zuleta and
Demir Isiker. In the last match to conclude at No. 2, the home side won 6-2 against
Aaradith Ravichandran and
Oskar Wroblewski.
Singles
- No. 4 was the first to end and it was a 6-0, 6-2 win for the Blue Jays over Urgal Zuleta.
- Second singles was the next match to come to a close as Hopkins won 6-0, 6-0 versus Ravichandran.
- The Blue Jays secured the win at No. 3 with a 6-1, 6-4 result versus Isiker.

Julian Sealy got the Shoremen their first point of the match with a pair of 6-4 wins at the sixth spot.
- Kim picked up a three-set win at the top flight for WC with a 7-6 (8-6), 2-6, 1-0 (10-2) win.
- In the final match to conclude, Hopkins won 7-6 (7-4), 6-4 at No. 5 against
Kohl Perkins.

- #49 Washington is now 9-6 overall, while #14 Johns Hopkins is 8-7 overall.
