CHESTERTOWN, Md. – Host Washington College won five of six in singles after dropping the doubles point to get the better of visiting Gettysburg 5-2 on Saturday afternoon at Schottland Tennis Center in a Centennial Conference men's tennis match.

Doubles
- The Bullets won all three doubles matches to earn the point. Third doubles ended finish and it was a 6-3 win for the guests over
Jorge Urgal Zuleta and
Demir Isiker. No. 2 was the next to conclude and it was a 6-1 victory for Gettysburg against
Aaradith Ravichandran and
Oskar Wroblewski. In the last match to end, No. 1, the road side outlasted
Tichi Chialva and
Sihoo Kim by a 6-4 count.
Singles
- Isiker tied the match at 1-1 at No. 3 in a 6-1, 6-2 win for the Shoremen.

Julian Sealy put the home side ahead 2-1 with a pair of 6-2 results at six.
- Urgal Zuleta gave the Shoremen a 3-1 lead with a straight set triumph of 6-1, 6-4 at No. 4.
- Perkins sewed up the victory for Washington at No. 5 in a 6-3, 6-0 score against Gettysburg.
- Kim took home a 6-3, 6-2 result at No. 1 to make it 5-1 for the home side.
- The Bullets got their lone win in singles at No. 2 in a 6-1, 4-6, 1-0 (10-3) score against Ravichandran.
Notes
- Washington is now 10-7 overall and 4-2 in the Centennial, while Gettysburg is 8-11 and 1-5 respectively.
- The team honored its two seniors after the match, Ravichandran and
Johannes Ludwigstorff.
