COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Host Ursinus scored off a free kick with 3:59 left in the game for the contest's lone goal in a 1-0 win over visiting Washington College on Wednesday evening in a Centennial Conference women's soccer game at Patterson Field. The Bears go to 6-3-2 overall and 2-2-1 in the conference, while the Shorewomen are 5-5-1 and 0-3-0 respectively.

- The Bears nearly took the lead in the 33rd minute, but the shot rang off the left post.

Mackenzie Coupe had the team's last shot of the first half in the 37th minute, but it was off target and the teams went into halftime tied 0–0.
- In the second half, Washington continued to attack with Brady recording multiple shots and came especially close in the 62nd minute when her shot hit the crossbar from about 25 yards away.
- Following a foul the Washington, Ursinus scored in the 87th minute on a free kick into the lower left corner from about 25 yards out to take a 1–0 lead.
- Washington had two chances for the equalizer, with
Vanessa Shay netting the final shot with a minute to go, but it was saved by the Ursinus goalkeeper.
