COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Host Ursinus topped visiting Washington College, 95-70, on Saturday afternoon at Helfferich Hall in Centennial Conference men's basketball action in the conference opener for both squads. The Bears finish the regular season at 17-8 overall and 10-3 in the Centennial, while the Shoremen finish the season at 10-15 and 0-13 respectively.

David Carr Jr. put Washington ahead 10-6 just 4:13 into the game on a three-pointer.
- The Shoremen led 23-21 following a driving layup by Carr Jr. before the Bears totaled 10 unanswered points to grab a 31-23 lead with 5:51 remaining before halftime.
- Ursinus, who led by as many as 14 in the first half, took an 11-point lead into the break at 48-37.
- In the second half, Ursinus outscored Washington, 47-33, as the lead fluctuated between 10 and 25 points.
