LANCASTER, Pa. – Senior Lauren Paules (Blandon, Pa./Fleetwood Area) is the Washington College women's swimming team's representative on the 2025-26 Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team for women's swimming, which was announced today. This is the first time the senior has been named to the Centennial's All-Sportsmanship Team. She was a part of the bronze medal winning 400-yard medley relay team and earned points in three individual events at the Centennial Conference Championships last weekend, the 200, 500 and 1650 freestyle.

Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student-athlete who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship for the All-Sportsmanship Team. Nominations were submitted by the head coaches.
