Clearwater, FL – The Washington College women's lacrosse team handled Bridgewater State, 19-4. The Shorewomen held their opponent to one singular goal in the second half to secure their win.

How it Happened
- The score was 2-2 with 7:50 left in the first period. Madison Maguire and Lis Braswell scored the first two goals for the Shorewomen with Bridgewater State answering each of those goals with ones of their own. Malery Andrews gave the Shorewomen the lead at the end of the period with a goal from Lexi Vennera. The Shorewomen were up 3-2 heading into the second period.
- Andrews kept her scoring going opening up the second period with two goals to put the Shorewomen ahead, 5-2. The Shorewomen scored five more times before Bridgewater State scored their third goal with 1:04 left in the half. Mia Salvatierra got the last say of the half as she scored from Braswell to put the Shorewomen up 11-3 heading into halftime.
- The Shorewomen held Bridgewater State at three in the third period while scoring five goals to go up 16-3 with 15 minutes left to play.
- Peyton Baldwin scored the first goal of the final period to put the Shorewomen up 14. Andrews scored next with a man down goal to put the Shorewomen ahead, 18-3.
- Bridgewater State scored the final goal of the game with 1:48 left to play, but they could not combat the Shorewomen offense as Washington took the game, 19-4.
