Westminster, MD- Washington College Baseball traveled to McDaniel to complete the teams' conference matchup. The Shoremen scored the first two runs of the game in the first inning but could not send any more runs across the plate as they fell in seven innings.

How It Happened
- The Shoremen struck early in the first inning to go up 2-0 on McDaniel. Drew Kinsey led off and walked. Brett Connolly hit a home run to right field as the second batter of the game, sending him and Kinsey across the line for the Shoremen's two early runs.
- In the top of the third, Alex Dardaris began the inning with a single up the middle. Pete Kokinis doubled to left center; Dardaris attempted to score but was thrown out at the plate. The Shoremen trailed, 4-2 heading into the fourth.
- In the top of the fifth inning, Dardaris singled to left field. Brady Wozniak singled as the next batter, sending Dardaris to second. A ground out advanced both runners and Wyatt Udhe was hit by a pitch in his at bat. The Shoremen had bases loaded with one out. Two fly outs ended the inning for the Shoremen as they still trailed by two.
- McDaniel scored five runs in the bottom of the fifth inning and three in the bottom of the sixth to take a 13-2 lead over the Shoremen. McDaniel record three straight outs in the top of the seventh to take the game.
