Freshman men's rower Ahmed Andrews (Woodbridge, Va./Woodbridge) is this week's Shoreman of the Week. Andrews won the Varsity 1x race at the MARC Championships this past Saturday in New Jersey.

Andrews won the race with a time 8:40.255, 3.206 seconds better than the runner-up Joseph Salvatera from Adrian.

This is Andrews' first career Shoreman of the Week Award.
