VISION STATEMENT
The Washington College Sports Medicine Department delivers sports medicine services to our student athletes in a courteous, professional and caring manner. Our rapport with our student-athletes allows them to assess their physical and mental well-being, and to seek care when needed. Sports Medicine services are provided in the following areas:
- Prevention of athletic injuries
- Recognition, evaluation, rehabilitation, treatment and/or referrals for all injuries incurred by student-athletes
- Health and wellness education
The Sports Medicine Staff is committed to continuing our education so that our student- athletes can receive the highest quality care available. The needs of our student-athletes always come first and foremost. We comply with the recommendations and guidelines established by the National Athletic Trainers Association, Maryland Board of Physicians, NCAA Sports Medicine Committee and the Centennial Conference.
