Team Captain ... AT WC: Emerged as the dominant closer in the Centennial Conference in 2010, earning All-Centennial second team honors and tying the single-season conference mark and breaking the single-season school record with eight saves ... went 3-2 with a 2.00 ERA in 19 appearances, all but one of which came in relief ... struck out 43 batters and walked only 11 in 36 innings ... held opposing batters to a .213 batting average ... also holds school record for career saves with 11 ... named team's Most Improved Player in 2009 after going 2-2 with two saves, a team-best 3.09 ERA, and a team-best 48 strikeouts in 2009 ... tied for team lead in appearances with 11, three of them starts, in 2009 ... also had five hits, seven RBI, four runs scored, and four stolen bases in 23 at bats in 2009 ... went 1-3 with one save in 11 appearances, including six starts, in 2008 ... did not see action in 2007 due to injury ... BEFORE WC: Earned Pitcher of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and All-County honors at Monsignor Donovan ... earned honor roll status seven semesters in high school.
