AT WC: Made two appearances on the mound as a pitcher in 2011 after spending two years as a catcher ... had one hit in seven at bats in 2010 ... went 5-for-15 with four runs, four RBI, and three stolen bases in 11 games, four of them starts, as a freshman in 2009 ... BEFORE WC: Played baseball and volleyball at Bel Air, earning second-team All-County honors in volleyball ... was a 2008 UCBAC Senior All-Star ... also earned Sportsmanship Award and Minds in Motion Award ... was inducted into the National Honor Society.
