J.L. Reppert was named an assistant men's lacrosse coach atWashington College in July 2010. He served as an assistant coach atDivision I Harvard University during the 2008-09 season and has anextensive background coaching high school lacrosse, most recentlyserving as the offensive coordinator for St. Albans School inWashington, DC, during the 2010 season. While at Harvard, hisresponsibilities included developing and maintaining the team'sbudget, serving as director of operations, managing CrimsonLacrosse Camps, and assisting in the development of the team'soffense.
Reppert has held assistant coaching jobs at Episcopal (VA) HighSchool, Gonzaga (DC) High School, Robert Louis Stevenson (CA) HighSchool, and Poway (CA) High School. He has also served as ascout for both Harvard and his alma mater, Navy, as the manager ofChampions Field House in Rockville, MD, and as a partner inBreakout Lacrosse Company, based in Washington, DC.
While playing collegiate lacrosse at the United States NavalAcademy, Reppert was a four-year starting attackman, was elected asa team captain as a senior, and helped lead his team into the NCAADivision I Tournament. Reppert earned a B.S. in Political Sciencefrom Navy in 1999, graduating with honors, and an M.B.A. in Financefrom the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, in2004. He has nine years of experience in the United StatesMarine Corps and has held a number of positions within theCorps.
